Expand / Collapse icon		User expands this widget to cover all other widgets and any content elements if it’s still not covered anything. Otherwise, it's only used to expand / collapse content inside normally
Drag & drop icon		- It’s only visible if this widget is collapsed - Users drag & drop this widget to the top position where they want it to cover all other widgets and any content elements
